How long does it take to get my order?
Once payment is received we ship out in five to seven business days.

Will you do Custom Orders?
Yes we love to do special orders for our clients. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please e-mail us at info@thepetnecklace.com
Can I send you my own favorite fabric for you to make a collar and leash out of ?
Yes we do that often. If you e-mail us at info@thepetnecklace.com we can give you the details of the process and payment.
Can I order products for Gifts ?
Yes all of our collars are gift wrapped when they are shipped. Please e-mail us at info@thepetnecklace.com after the order is placed and let us know the alternate address the gift is to go to.
Can the Collars and Leashes be cleaned ?
Yes if they do become soiled you can put them in the wash with cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then hang dry.
Can I have Fabric Swatches sent to me so I can see them in person?
Yes we usually limit them to five per order. If you e-mail us at info@thepetnecklace.com we can work out the details.
Can I get a different size width or length thats not listed on your website?
Yes we have on hand 3/4" width webbing up to 2" webbing. If you e-mail us the details of the width and length to info@thepetnecklace.com we will do our best to accomadate your needs.
Where can I see your products in person?
You can see us at our shows and events check out our Facebook Page or you can stop into one of our Local Locations.
What is your return policy ?
The Pet Necklace guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact The Pet Necklace immediately. You may return your items within 7 days, unused, with the original tag still attached. The Pet Necklace will issue a replacement or credit for returns. There will be a $10.00 exchange/return restocking fee if return is not due to The Pet Necklace error. Custom items are non returnable such as "Prong Covers" and products directly created out of the normal Pet Necklace Standard products.
The Pet Necklace products are not guaranteed against scratching, chewing, and excessive pulling. Dogs should never be tied out on The Pet Necklace collars.
